An E-card identifies you at Network Hospital as a member covered under Medvantage Plan

• Cards are not transferable
• Each member will have their own card
• The card carries the Medvantage helpline numbers, please keep it handy

Please follow the below steps to Login

• You shall receive your username and password via an auto generated email from Medvantage TPA (within 24 hours from uploading of data on the Medvantage portal Medvantage for new joiners)
• Check self and dependents details. If the details are complete and correct kindly logout. In case there are any rectifications required please let your HR know.

To Print e-Cards

• Go to Medvantage via the Internet
• Access using your username and password
• To print e-cards, click on the ID-card status link
• Click on the "Print ID card" for each member and print the card. You are allowed to print each ID card only 3 times. Please ensure that you save the ID cards.
• Log off once the e-Card is printed.
