  • Cashless hospitalization without pre-authorization at any of the providers mentioned in this list is available only for emergency cases. In case of an emergency, a member can avail admission at any of the above providers without paying any initial deposit. However, members may have to pay deposits and/or hospitalization expenses in event of denial of credit if such emergency is not covered under benefits or for any other reasons.
  • Pre-authorization of any planned hospitalizations must be done before admission and the Letter of Credit must be obtained in advance for availing cashless facility.
  • Please note that admission deposits / advance may be required for any unauthorized planned hospitalization. Any refund shall be subject to approval of the case for credit.
